Mark Elliott, 30+ years oil and gas expertise for several S&P 500 companies, during this time Mark helped acquire and integrate twelve (12) companies doubling the revenues of several of them in a 2 year fiscal period. Mr. Elliott has operated a number of new starts and spent 3 years advising various private equity companies as a subject matter expert in the midstream space. His specialties include strategic development, sales, business growth, business acquisition, transition and divestiture. Mr. Elliott helps our clients them with their growth strategies both organic and by acquisition and is our expert and helping organizations with their exit strategies.
Janice Fox, an expert at sales management and implementation of sales programs, has been leading account management teams at Building Enterprises for over 20 years. She excels with educating our clients on implementation and performance maximization. Ms. Fox has found that it is critical to give the sales team the ingredients to assure success including target market lists, scripts, product and service brochures, facilitation and production efforts.
Buddy Rhodes currently is CEO of Building-Enterprises, which provides business development programs for its clientele. He coaches clients on a variety of sales and business enhancement services, from setting up selling systems, to individual one on one sessions. Mr. Rhodes’ experience includes operation Management, Sales Management and Business Development. From his experience in both mass marketing companies and long term sales development companies, Mr. Rhodes has developed unique selling strategies that have simplified sales for his clients. He has worked with companies as large as ExxonMobil to as small as individual salespeople and entrepreneurs. Mr. Rhodes also has set up sales management teams and helped his clients identify the components in their sales process that are critical to their success. He has been leading sales organizations since the 1980’s and has run his own business to help organizations grow their companies since 1988. As an advisor, Buddy helps his clients determine their target market, sales process and management.
